About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across all brands, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and retaining top hospitality talent. This role will partner closely with senior leadership, HR, and operations teams to ensure that each concept is staffed with passionate, high-performing individuals who reflect the company’s culture and standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with strong hospitality recruiting experience in the NYC market and a passion for developing teams within a growing restaurant group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both management and hourly positions across all brands and locations.
- Collaborate with Directors of Operations, General Managers, and HR to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely hiring for new openings, including Giuletta.
- Source candidates through multiple channels — job boards, referrals, social media, industry networks, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with HR on onboarding, hiring compliance, and system updates.
- Develop recruiting strategies and brand messaging to enhance employer visibility in the NYC market.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on performance and retention trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and hospitality schools to build community presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior recruiting role.
- Experience hiring for NYC-based restaurants or hospitality groups.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills and established local industry network.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent searches and priorities.
- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems; strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills.
- Strategic, creative, and passionate about people and culture development.

- Salary Range: $110,000–$130,000 base, commensurate with experience
